Application ELISA, PK
Description Eribulin is a synthetic analog of the macrocyclic compound halichondrin B, which has been previously shown to be a potent inhibitor of tubulin polymerization, microtubule assembly, and tubulin-depend GTP hydrolysis. Tubulin makes up dynamic filamentous cytoskeletal proteins called microtubules that are involved in a variety of vital cellular functions, including intracellular migration and transport, cell signaling, the maintenance of cell shape, and cell division. The rapid dividing rate of cancer cells makes them particularly sensitive to the obstruction of tubulin function. As such, halichondrin B and eribulin have demonstrated notable anti-cancer activities in vitro and in vivo.
Formulation Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.4.
Storage temp. Store at 2-8℃ short term (1-2 weeks).Store at ≤ -20℃ long term. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw.
