| Species Reactivity | Human; Cynomolgus |
| Clone | Vibostolimab |
| Source/Isotype | Monoclonal human IgG1, κ |
| Application | Flow cytometry; Activation assay; Bioactivity-ELISA |
| Other Names | VSIG9; VSTM3; WUCAM |
| Gene ID | 201633 |
| Background | T cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domain (TIGIT) is an inhibitory receptor expressed on lymphocytes that was recently propelled under the spotlight as a major emerging target in cancer immunotherapy. TIGIT interacts with CD155 expressed on antigen‐presenting cells or tumour cells to down‐regulate T cell and natural killer (NK) cell functions. TIGIT marks exhausted T cells in the tumor microenvironment and during human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Research has shown TIGIT interacts with several receptors expressed on antigen presenting cells, such as dendritic cells and macrophages, as well as tumor cells and cells of the microenvironment. |
| Storage | Store at 2-8℃ short term (1-2 weeks).Store at ≤ -20℃ long term. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw. |
| Formulation | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2. |
| Endotoxin | < 1 EU/mg, determined by LAL gel clotting assay |
