Cell Freezing Medium:90% FBS+10% DMSO

Assay Buffer:RPMI 1640+1% FBS+1% P.S


*Cells should be cultured using ATCC/30-2001 RPMI 1640 medium or purchased complete culture medium from Genomeditech, with serum that matches the one specified in the instructions or Gibco serum.

Description

The Luciferase fluorescent-labeled Luciferase OVCAR3 Cell Line has the ability to form tumors in vivo and can be used for the efficacy study of anti-tumor drugs. 


For cells with unconfirmed tumorigenic effects, Genomeditech offers three different monoclonal cell lines for customers to select and validate. Each cell line has been analyzed for Luciferase luminescence signal intensity.
