Description CD28 not only plays an important role in the initial activation of T cells, but also participates in the survival, memory formation and effector function maintenance of T cells. Therefore, the study of CD28 antibody has attracted wide attention. These antibodies enhance the activity of T cells and, as part of immune checkpoint inhibitors, contribute to the enhancement of anti-tumor immune responses. In addition, antibodies against CD28 have also been suggested to have potential in the control of autoimmune diseases, such as osteoarthritis/osteodystrophy and systemic lupus erythematosus, by regulating the activation of T cells, can effectively slow the progress of these diseases. This association suggests that CD28, in its multiple roles in regulating immune responses, can be used both to promote anti-tumor immune responses and to play an important role in the management of autoimmune diseases.
Formulation Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2.
