Background | OSMR (Oncostatin M Receptor) , also known as LGR1 or GP130 family members, is one of the key receptors in the IL-6 family cytokine signal transduction pathway, which often participates in signal transduction with other IL-6 family receptors. OSMR often co-constitutes with Il-31ra a binary receptor complex of IL-31RA/OSMR, mediating multiple inflammatory and neuro-immune coupling-related signaling pathways. Vixarelimab is an anti-OSMR monoclonal antibody designed to block signaling between OSM and its receptors, thereby suppressing related inflammatory and itch signals. Interference with the activation of the IL-31RA/OSMR pathway and related inflammatory signals by specifically binding OSMR. Downstream may affect Jak/STAT, MAPK and other signaling pathways, reduce the release of inflammatory mediators, alleviate itching and inflammatory response. |
Storage | Store at 2-8°C short term (1-2 weeks). Store at ≤ -20°C long term.Avoid repeated freeze-thaw. |
Formulation | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2-7.4. |
