CLEC5A (C-type lectin domain family 5 member A), also known as MDL-1 (Myeloid DAP12-Associating Lectin-1), is an important C-type lectin receptor (CLR) primarily expressed in myeloid cells (such as neutrophils, monocytes, and macrophages). As an immunoregulatory molecule, CLEC5A plays a key role in anti-infective immune responses, inflammatory reactions, and immune pathological damage, drawing particular attention in the context of viral infections (such as dengue virus and Japanese encephalitis virus) and certain autoimmune diseases.
Genomeditech provides resources related to the CLEC5A target, including expression cell lines, proteins, and antibodies, which can support the activity validation and in vitro efficacy evaluation of CLEC5A-related drugs.
