Application /
Description The CD8B gene, located in human genome 2, encodes the CD8 beta protein, which is an important component of CD8 cells. These cells play a key role in cellular immunity, especially in recognizing and killing infected cells and tumor cells. CD8 molecules bind to CD8 α in the form of heterodimers, so CD8 T cells are particularly important in immune responses. CD8 β antibodies are commonly used in Flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry to identify and analyze the characteristics of CD8 + T cells and their distribution under different conditions. CD8B gene and cd8β protein play an important role in immune surveillance, and its related antibodies are widely used in many fields, which provide an important tool for studying immune mechanism and developing new immunotherapy.
Formulation phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2.
