Human IL-1RI&IL-1RAP Heterodimer Protein; hFc Tag (Goflikicept) (Catalog # GM-88287RP) was immobilized at 5 μg/ml (100 μL/well). Increasing concentrations of Anti-IL1R1 hIgG1 Antibody(AMG 108) (Catalog # GM-51990AB) were added.
On SDS-PAGE under nun-reducing (NR) condition and reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

It contains AA(IL-1RI) Asp 21 -Asn 333 (Accession # P14778) and AA(IL-1RAP) Ser 21 - Val 358 (Accession # Q9NPH3-1). This protein carries hFc tag at the C-terminus of IL-1RI and IL-1RAP. 


Purity：> 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE 


Endotoxin：< 1 EU/μg, determined by LAL gel clotting assay 


Predicted Mol Mass：126.4KDa (61.6 KDa (IL-1RI) and 64.8 KDa (IL-1RAP)) 


Formulation：Supplied as a 0.2 μm filtered solution of PBS, pH7.2-7.4.
