Description

Species Reactivity      Human

Clone                           3D9

Source/Isotype           Monoclonal human IgG1/κ

Application                 Flow Cytometry

Specificity                   Detects TPOR

Other Names              C-MPL, CD110V, THCYT2, THPOR, MPL

Gene ID                       4352 (human)

Background                TPOR (Thrombopoietin Receptor), also known as MPL (Myeloproliferative Leukemia Protein), is an important cell surface receptor that belongs to the type I cytokine receptor superfamily. The protein encoded by the TPOR gene plays a key role in platelet production and the regulation of hematopoietic stem cells, with its function closely associated with thrombopoietin (TPO). Antibodies targeting TPOR have wide applications in basic research, disease mechanism exploration, drug development, and clinical diagnostics.

Storage                        Store at 2-8℃ short term (1-2 weeks).Store at ≤ -20℃ long term. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw.

Formulation                Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2.
