Background

The lysophosphatidic acid receptor 1 encoded by the LPAR1 gene is an important member of the G protein-coupled receptor family, which mainly mediates LPA signaling, and plays an important role in the regulation of LPA signaling, plays a central role in regulating key physiological processes such as cell proliferation, migration, and survival. It is involved in various pathological processes such as cancer, pulmonary fibrosis, radiation-induced lung injury and neurodevelopmental disorders, and is an important target for drug research and development.

Storage

Store at 2-8℃ short term (1-2 weeks).Store at ≤ -20℃ long term. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw.
