| Background | Avdoralimab is a monoclonal antibody targeting C5AR1(complement C5A receptor 1) , which inhibits the hyperactivation of the complement system by blocking the binding of C5A to C5aR1, thus inhibiting the activation of C5AR1, reduces inflammation and the recruitment of immune cells (e. g. neutrophil, monocyte) and the release of proinflammatory cytokines.
