| Description | B7-H6 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. As a ligand for NK cell receptor NKP30, it has a tumor-specific expression profile-not expressed in normal tissues, but highly expressed in a variety of tumors, is an important tumor-associated antigen. It kills tumors by activating NK cells, and promotes tumor progression through cancer-promoting signaling pathways (such as Ras/MEK/Erk) . Its expression level is related to tumor immune escape and patient prognosis. Based on this, BI-765049 antibody, as a bispecific monoclonal antibody of B7-H6/CD3, can activate T cells to directionally kill B7-h6 positive tumor cells, and provide a new immunotherapy strategy for digestive tract tumors. |
