Description

Gene knockout is the process of using gene editing tools to cut a DNA fragment of a known sequence, causing a double-strand DNA break, and triggering the cell's spontaneous repair mechanism, resulting in the deletion or insertion of bases during repair, causing a frameshift mutation, ultimately achieving the goal of gene knockout.


Based on lentiviral gene editing tools, the H_STING KO THP1 Cell Line constructed by Genomeditech has confirmed DNA-level knockout through Sanger sequencing. Additionally, we have validated protein-level knockout through Western Blot and flow cytometry. All cells are free of mycoplasma contamination, with excellent activity.
