The biological activity of antibodies in ADCC is quantified through luminescence produced by the NFAT pathway activation, and effector cell luminescence activity is quantified by bioluminescence readings. This method provides high signal values with low background and offers customization of ADCC cell lines and ADCC activity detection services.
