TGF-β Reporter 293 DDX35TM Cell Line
Description
Cat. No: GM-C27729
Product: TGF-β Reporter 293 DDX35TM Cell Line

The Transforming Growth Factor-beta (TGF-β) superfamily constitutes an extensive array of cell signaling molecules, encompassing TGF-β, Activin, Nodal, Bone Morphogenetic Proteins (BMPs), Growth and Differentiation Factors (GDFs), among others. TGF-β receptors are capable of initiating both Smad-dependent and Smad-independent signaling pathways, thereby contributing to the regulation of a myriad of physiological processes including cellular proliferation, differentiation, senescence, apoptosis, extracellular matrix remodeling, migration, and cell fate determination. These signaling pathways are pivotal in early embryonic development, tissue and organogenesis, as well as the maintenance of adult tissue homeostasis.
The Genomeditech TGF-β Reporter 293 DDX35TM Cell Line exhibits stable expression of reporter genes pertinent to the TGF-β signaling pathway and its receptors. This cell line is thus well-suited for investigative studies focusing on small molecule drugs, monoclonal antibodies, or bispecific antibodies that target the TGF-β pathway.
