Description

Gastric inhibitory peptide receptor (GIPR) is a protein encoded by the GIPR gene in the human body, activated by gastric inhibitory peptide (GIP), and is a member of a family of G protein coupled receptors. Gastric inhibitory peptide receptors mainly exist in beta cells of the pancreas. GIPR activated by gastric inhibitory peptides induces adenylate cyclase activation by binding to the heterotrimeric G (α β γ), increasing cAMP levels in the cytoplasm. cAMP activates PKA, phosphorylates regulatory gene transcription proteins, and causes their translocation to the nucleus.

Jiman Biological's H_GIPR Reporter HEK-293 DDX35TM Cell Line reporter gene cell line is a Luciferase reporter gene cell line constructed based on the GIPR signaling pathway. When gastric inhibitory peptides bind to their receptor GIPR, they phosphorylate regulatory gene transcription proteins and activate the expression of luciferase. The Luciferase reading represents the activation effect of the signaling pathway, and therefore can be used for in vitro efficacy evaluation of GIPR related drugs. Cells undergo multiple rounds of monoclonal screening, making them the preferred monoclonal antibodies with high stability, sensitivity, and magnification. It can meet the standards of bulk library construction and release experiments for customers.
